Production Supervisor
ATTRAVERSO is a Canadian manufacturer of high-performance wood-aluminum windows and doors, founded in 2022 and based in Mississauga, ON. We combine European precision with North American efficiency to deliver custom-engineered solutions for modern residential and commercial projects.
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in window or door manufacturing. In this role, you will lead day-to-day production operations, manage a skilled team, and ensure consistent quality and efficiency as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production floor activities
Lead and motivate assemblers, machine operators, and support staff
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met
Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements to minimize downtime
Monitor inventory, material usage, and production schedules
Collaborate with the Technical Director and senior management on planning and reporting
Support the implementation of internal procedures and digital systems
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of direct experience in window or door manufacturing (mandatory)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of production workflows, scheduling, and quality control
Hands-on knowledge of tools, machinery, and assembly processes for windows
English: Intermediate or higher
