We are seeking a skilled Window Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will fabricate and assemble windows according to specifications and quality standards. The position involves using hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble components such as frames, glass panels, and hardware.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to assemble windows accurately
Cut and shape window components using appropriate tools and machinery
Assemble frames, insert glass panels, and install hardware (locks, hinges, etc.)
Ensure assembled products meet quality standards and specifications
Perform quality checks and correct any defects or discrepancies
Follow safety protocols when operating tools and equipment
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Window Assembler or in a similar role within construction or manufacturing
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
High attention to detail and precision
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve assembly issues
Physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver heavy components
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
