As President and CEO of LM Packaging, I am pleased to share that our company has

completed the acquisition of certain assets of Cascades EnviroPac’s honeycomb

cardboard operations in Berthierville, Quebec.

This acquisition establishes LM Packaging as Canada’s leading manufacturer of

honeycomb cardboard and a key player in the North American market.

To ensure continuity for our customers, Management has decided to optimize

production by consolidating operations at our Chaudière-Appalaches (Quebec)

facility. With a 170,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art plant and a highly committed

team, LM Packaging is well positioned to support this next stage of growth.

It is thanks in large part to the trust we have in you and in all of our suppliers that we

are confident in our ability to meet this significant challenge.

We are proud to have built, over the past several years, a highly competitive

production capacity within a state-of-the-art facility. Sustained investments since

2019 now enable us to quickly absorb this significant increase in production.
