Jennifer Small is the President/CEO of Screenco Group of Companies, the largest window and patio screen manufacturer in Canada serving the North American fenestration industry. Jennifer has been managing all operational aspects of the business since 2001, when she and her mom, Eva Ryterband, acquired Screenco Manufacturing in Toronto. Screenco expanded their facilities by relocating to Vaughan and opening Screenco West in Calgary, Alberta.
In 2015, after Eva succeeded the business to her daughter, Jennifer proceeded to expand operations and acquire the assets of Alumaroll Specialty Co, in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and then Groupe Promax in Quebec City, Quebec in 2018.
Jennifer has been involved in Fenestration Canada for many years serving on the Spring Conference and WinDoor committees. Since 2013, she has held a position on the board and has been on the executive committee since 2017. She has held the positions of Vice President, President, Past President and now Treasurer.
Mike Bruno, President of the Everlast Group of Companies, gracefully transitions into the esteemed role of Past-President, leaving an indelible mark on the organization's legacy. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mike for his tireless service as the President of the Board of Directors. His unwavering dedication and exceptional leadership have played a pivotal role in driving the association to unparalleled success.
Thank you to Cam, Jennifer and Mike for their continued support and commitment to Fenestration Canada! We are excited about what the future holds and are confident that with Cam at the helm with Jennifer, Mike and our Board of Directors, Fenestration Canada will continue to lead the way.
These impactful changes play a vital role in helping Fenestration Canada achieve its goals and advance the organization's mission of promoting energy-efficient fenestration solutions. We are thrilled to have them aboard our team and eagerly anticipate their future contributions.
