Executive Advisory Council for Fenestration Canada Members

Fenestration Canada is seeking C-suite level executives for the new Executive Advisory Council.

The first meeting will be scheduled for the week of WinDoor (October 7-9) with time and location TBD.

Purpose & Strategic Role:

• Strategic Insight Provide independent, experience-based perspectives on key issues, emerging trends, and challenges affecting the fenestration industry.

• Industry Representation Ensure the association’s direction, policies, and initiatives are aligned with the diverse needs of companies across all sizes, regions, and industry segments.

• Member Engagement Offer meaningful involvement to high-level decision-makers, beyond traditional committee structures, strengthening engagement with influential members.

• Support to the Board Serve as a source of high-level feedback and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors, while respecting the Board’s governance authority.

• Innovation and Growth Function as a think tank to explore long-term opportunities, potential risks, and strategic initiatives that support Fenestration Canada’s continued growth and relevance.

  
  

Governance Clarification: The Executive Advisory Council is advisory in nature. It holds no governance authority. Its recommendations will be presented to the Board of Directors, which may choose to act on them at its discretion

Participants: Open to C-suite level executives, meaning individuals who hold senior executive roles such as CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, or similar or President and VP. These are the top decision-makers within their organizations, with responsibility for overall strategy, operations, or financial direction.
