Exciting Leadership Update at Everlast

To All Associates, Vendors, and Customers –

Thanks to all of you, Everlast has experienced amazing growth over the past 5 years, and we are excited for many more.

As we have reflected on the past and make our plans, we have decided to make significant changes to our senior leadership team:

Dallas Paquette has been appointed as President of Everlast. Since joining Everlast in 2020, Dallas has made significant contributions to Everlast’s success in all aspects of our business. With extensive senior management experience in companies of all sizes, Dallas is a creative and compassionate leader with a knack for bringing people together. Dallas will be responsible for executing our strategic plan and will oversee all day-to-day operations in our locations.

Johnny Bruno has been appointed as Vice President, Supply Chain & Logistics. Having grown up in the business, Johnny has deep connections with all stakeholders in the Everlast family. He will collaborate with our vendors, suppliers, and installation teams to strengthen these already strong relationships.

Vince Porcelli has been appointed as Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Vince has been leading the Ontario sales team for over a decade and now takes over sales & marketing on a national basis. Vince is a dedicated professional with a deep understanding of our business and is excited to consolidate and grow our efforts.

Mike Slapman will continue in his role as Vice President, Finance & Administration. Mike has extensive executive expertise in businesses throughout the construction and manufacturing industries. His clear-eyed approach to solving business problems gives Everlast an unparalleled advantage as we navigate new and exciting challenges.

Rob Steeves will continue to operate in his role as Vice President, Manufacturing Operations. With his deep

experience in both manufacturing and product design, Rob’s impact has already been felt at Everlast. A ‘big listener’ to his core, he has shown a considerable skill in diving deep into business challenges and building consensus.

I will continue in my role as CEO of the Everlast Group, working closely with our family board, chaired by Michael Andrade, to represent the Bruno family’s continued interest. Together, we will collaborate with Everlast and our associated business entities to develop and drive long-term strategy, business development, earnings growth for our shareholders, and acquisitions and strategic partnerships. I am thrilled to appoint this incredibly talented team, which will help to consolidate Everlast’s tremendous gains over the past few years.
